Château de Sérame

Located in the Languedoc, the historic Chateau de Sérame has origins dating back to the Gallo-Roman period. The Domaine is nestled in a preserved natural environment, bordered by the Aude river and the Canal du Midi.
Property of Antoine de Niquet and then of Pauol Riquet during the construction of the Canal du Midi. Property was purchased by the Exéa Family in 1799.

Diversity of Soils and Grape Varieties

Located at the northern tip of the Corbières appellation, Château de Sérame benefits from a great diversity of soils.
This range of soils and grape varieties allows us to produce unique, complex and generous wines.

Minimising Additives

The grape varieties that make our vintages are grozn and vinified using a minimum of additives, some with no sulfites.
